Role Overview
- Plan, organize, and execute customer-facing events (small, medium, and large scale)
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including timelines, vendors, budgets, and on-site execution
- Produce and coordinate webinars and virtual events
- Lead the organization and execution of award events
- Manage merchandising, including sourcing, inventory, distribution, and brand alignment
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after each event
- Monitor event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve experience and results
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the events industry
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Availability and willingness to travel
- Proven experience organizing customer events of varying sizes
- Experience with webinars and virtual event platforms
- Strong understanding of customer experience and attendee journey
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
