Account Manager – Acute Care

Role Overview

• You manage relationships with clinics and hospitals in the Berlin-Brandenburg region.
• You grow revenue and margin and lead your territory to strategic success.
• Prospecting, consulting, product evaluations, price negotiations, contract closures — you handle everything independently with full ownership.
• You analyze the market, customer structures and potential.
• You know all key decision-makers in hospitals — from procurement to nursing management.
• You initiate projects that go beyond the product — standardizations, process optimizations, and the introduction of innovations.
• Forecasting, pipeline, projects — you keep everything up to date in the CRM.

Requirements

• You have a degree in a business-related or relevant field, or you bring comparable sales experience.
• You have achieved success in competitive and complex sales environments.
• You think analytically, work in a structured manner and can act strategically.
• You love targets and are naturally highly motivated.
• You persuade with your communication — whether on the phone, on-site or in meetings.
• Ideally, you have experience in the medical devices sector or hospital business.
• You are proficient with MS Office and have good English skills.
