As the first point of contact for our prospects, you will handle incoming inquiries by phone and chat
You will qualify the client’s needs and direct the prospect to the Tiime product that best meets them
You will present and sell our services and products to prospects to encourage them to subscribe to one of our commercial offers
After a sale, you will maintain the link and coordinate with the Tiime teams involved after the SDR stage in the customer journey
You will manage any commercial follow-ups with prospects
You will report on your activity
You will actively contribute to the development of the CRM (Salesforce) and team processes to improve SDR commercial performance
You will liaise with the marketing team to improve conversion rates
Requirements
Degree from an IAE/business school/university (equivalent to Bachelor’s to Master’s level, Bac+3 to Bac+5)
