Provide timely and accurate contract and proposal support to Sales and Customer Success teams while improving operational processes to scale Sales Operations.
Manage contract lifecycle activities, validate booking and revenue calculations, and maintain CRM data integrity to support renewals and client changes.
Create, prepare, and process proposals and contracts, ensuring documents are complete and ready for signature.
Review contracts for compliance with SOX and SOC1-related requirements.
Calculate and validate Bookings and Annual Revenue Implemented to support accurate revenue recognition.
Support client repricing, billing initiatives, and termination processing for assigned accounts.
Identify and document opportunities to improve productivity and implement process improvements with appropriate automation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2–3 years of experience in contracting, sales operations, or a related operations role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.
Experience with Salesforce required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in transactional work.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
Experience documenting and improving processes; familiarity with basic automation or workflow tools preferred.
