Redesign Sales, Customer Success (CSM), and Support processes to improve efficiency and impact.
Manage, administer and optimize Salesforce and other operational tools.
Turn data into actionable insights to drive growth and revenue.
Train and support teams to adopt new tools and processes.
Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through to delivery.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Business Operations (startup/scale-up experience a plus).
Salesforce Admin experience (mandatory).
Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative problem-solver.
Fluent in French and professionally proficient in English.
Strong data analysis and project management skills.
