Role Overview
Coordinate with and participate in multidisciplinary care teams consisting of clinicians, psychiatrists, care advocates, coaches, product teams, and PMH-NPs.
Provide individual and group based care to adolescents and families.
Contribute to clinical design and product work to enhance care for every family.
Ensure compliance to all regulations on a state by state basis and perform ongoing quality assurance.
Be prepared to do anything related to supporting the adolescents we support.
Help with basic operations that come with being part of a fast-moving company.
Work with an incredibly talented, quirky, passionate group of people that are setting out to reduce human suffering on a massive scale.
Requirements
License allowing you to provide independent care (Required)
Willing to get licensed in other states: Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina, West Virginia, Washington (paid for by company)
Experience in clinical settings treating adolescents with early indicators of serious mental health conditions.
Well-versed in a variety of modalities and confident integrating them into your clinical approach (i.e. coordinated specialty care, family-focused therapy, MST, FFT, and MI).
Experience working in under-served communities
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a variety of stakeholders.
Have exceptional organizational and communication skills
Experience or desire to work in a startup unstructured environment
An ability to think and act independently while being part of a bigger team.
