Supporting high-value deals and negotiations, acting as a Subject Matter Expert.
Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, ensuring sales targets and business KPIs are met.
Identify new market opportunities, develop regional expansion strategies, and drive sales in key industries.
Conduct high-level competitive analysis and implement proactive strategies to strengthen market positioning.
Set strategic direction for the new client acquisition.
Work closely with marketing, product, legal, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements
5+ years of sales experience, experience in selling AML or Financial Crime products is a must.
Deep understanding of the AML/CFT regulated industries, including regulatory frameworks and competitive landscapes.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing large enterprise deals, and expanding into new markets.
Experience in designing and executing go-to-market strategies for regional and global expansion while staying agile in a fast-changing business environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across a matrixed organisation, influencing, negotiating effectively with leadership and peers.
Experience in running large-scale education programs for 100+ people.
Proficiency in using sales analytics, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
