Lead the overall sales strategy across all major global markets, ensuring alignment with the company’s global growth objectives
Supporting high-value deals and negotiations, acting as a Subject Matter Expert
Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, ensuring sales targets and business KPIs are met
Identify new market opportunities, develop regional expansion strategies, and drive sales in key industries
Conduct high-level competitive analysis and implement proactive strategies to strengthen market positioning
Set strategic direction for the new client acquisition
Work closely with marketing, product, legal, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Requirements
5+ years of sales experience, experience in selling Fraud Prevention products is a must
Deep understanding of the modern fraud prevention and AI trends, including industry and geographic specificities and competitive landscapes
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing large enterprise deals, and expanding into new markets
Proven track record of bringing new complex products to the market
Experience in designing and executing go-to-market strategies for regional and global expansion while staying agile in a fast-changing business environment
Have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across a matrixed organisation, influencing, negotiating effectively with leadership and peers
Experience in running large-scale education programs for 100+ people
Proficiency in using sales analytics, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and data-driven decision-making
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
