Director of Sales and Marketing

Role Overview

• Responsible for all sales and marketing activities of the organization.
• Define and lead the sales and marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s vision, positioning and business objectives.
• Actively participate in the executive committee and contribute to strategic decisions related to the organization’s growth and development.
• Ensure the performance of the sales pipeline, from lead generation and qualification to closing, retention and development of strategic accounts.
• Lead and engage sales and marketing teams with an approachable, inspiring and results-oriented leadership style.
• Collaborate closely with software development, operations and research & innovation teams.
• Implement clear processes for opportunity tracking, revenue forecasting and performance management (KPIs).
• Optimize marketing strategies (positioning, offerings, content, campaigns, events).

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, including at least 5 years in a management role.
• Experience working at a company that sells professional or technology services.
• Comfortable communicating in French, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written (for some English-only clients).
• Motivating, humble and approachable leadership, based on leading by example and actively supporting teams.
• Results-oriented management approach based on trust and empowerment.
• Strong ability to structure, prioritize and execute in a changing environment.
• Good understanding of technological challenges and digital services.
