Management of Salesforce orgs
Application of DevSecOps formal processes and tools in a Salesforce-based environment
Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to design, develop, modify, or integrate complex information systems
Devises or modifies application systems and procedures to optimize functional requirements including capacity, operating time, response time, and form of desired results
Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs, subroutines, and scripts
Develops and implements program/system test plans
Devises data verification methods and standard system procedures
Responds to system failures and performance events by taking appropriate measures to reduce system downtime and eliminate recurrence of problems
Acts as expert technical resource to development staff in all phases of the development and implementation process

Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience
5+ years in Salesforce development and integrations experience (Apex, LWC)
Salesforce Developer Certifications (examples: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, etc.)

Experience with information technology concepts, application development methodology, terminology, and standards required

Expert working knowledge of at least one programming language in use at BCBST
Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata) for integrating Salesforce with other systems
Understanding of Health Cloud objects, components, and flows
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) is a plus!

Periodic (typically monthly) on-call support responsibilities
