5+ years of product or agency design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating commercial impact and polished execution.
Proven experience leading design work and mentoring other designers.
Strong skills in Figma.
Practical understanding of email design constraints, responsive landing pages, and asset optimization for web and social.
Comfort designing to metrics: you propose A/B testable design changes and measure outcomes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to give and receive direct feedback.
High ownership mindset and ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-standards environment.
