Accounting Supervisor – Subject Matter Expert

Role Overview

• Support and mentor other members of the accounting team
• Lead meetings to develop them into exceptional professionals
• Contribute to the development of training modules
• Serve as the technical point of reference for our teams
• Manage complex client advisory sessions
• Provide technical supervision for a team of 5 people
• Oversee the follow-up and progress of daily assignments performed by yourself and your team
• Support owners of micro-enterprises and SMEs on various business issues
• Conduct daily meetings and communications via email, chat, video call and phone
• Participate in Squads to improve our procedures
• Deliver training sessions on topics of your choice

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in accounting
• At least five years' experience in a public accounting firm in a similar role
• Proven experience providing technical guidance to accounting colleagues
