About this role
Role Overview
Provide first and second-line support to customers using the Mitigram platform
Analyze customer and system performance to identify issues and recommend improvements.
Build strong relationships with users and key customer stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Product and Tech to resolve issues and improve workflows
Gather customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Develop scalable processes, documentation, and best practices within the Center of Excellence
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering
At least 3 years relevant work experience
Experience delivering training sessions, onboarding programs, or workshops
Familiarity with tools like CRM/ticketing/product management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Jira, Confluence etc.)
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way
Affinity for working with business workflows, systems, and customer-facing processes
Experience working in B2B SaaS, fintech, banking, or trade finance (Nice to have)
Experience in log management and analysis (Nice to have)
Knowledge of data pipelines and BI environments (Nice to have)
Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams (Nice to have)
