About this role
Role Overview
Provide first-line support to customers using the Mitigram platform
Support customer onboarding and ensure a smooth start for new users
Build strong relationships with users and key customer stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Product and Tech to resolve issues and improve workflows
Gather customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Help develop scalable processes, documentation, and best practices within the Center of Excellence
Grow into a more technical and specialized customer-facing role over time
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience from customer support, customer success, product implementation, project coordination, or similar client-facing roles
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way
Affinity for working with business workflows, systems, and customer-facing processes
Deep interest in software products, user experience, and how modern SaaS platforms are built
