Role Overview
- Lead and evolve the People function end-to-end
- Report to the Fractional Chief People Officer and work closely with the CEO, founders, and executive team
- Line manage the Talent Manager and HR Generalist
- Own and continuously adapt People policies and frameworks
- Lead senior and hard-to-fill hires
- Manage People operations across multiple countries, employment models, and cultures
- Partner closely with the leadership team
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in senior People or HR roles
- Experience in cybersecurity, hosting, SaaS, or adjacent technical and e-commerce environments
- Strong practical knowledge of global employment law, contractor models, payroll, and operational compliance
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Hands-on, adaptable, and open-minded
- Experience working in fully remote organisations
