Provide regular updates to the Head of Product on the current status of the in-store payment product development cycle
Engage with EPI’s member banks to align on the strategic roadmap
Requirements
Extensive experience in product management within fintech, payments, or other regulated financial environments, with a senior level of responsibility
Proven experience building and scaling payment or wallet products, including in-store / POS use cases, contactless payments (NFC), digitised cards, and tokenised payment flows
Strong understanding of mobile payment ecosystems, including digital wallet architectures, card-based payment models, and their technical and regulatory constraints
Solid knowledge of the payments industry, including security, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to in-store and consumer payments
Good understanding of the physical acceptance ecosystem (merchants, terminals, acquirers, acceptance constraints) as a strong asset
Demonstrated ability to take end-to-end product ownership, define product strategy, and drive prioritisation in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align executives, banks, and cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in a fully remote, multicultural, pan-European environment, with strong collaboration practices; fluent in English (C1/C2), additional European languages are a plus.
