PatientNow is a company that provides innovative software solutions for the beauty and wellness industry. As an Associate Product Manager, you will support the product team in delivering solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive practice growth, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact product features.
Responsibilities:
- Support the definition of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure smooth planning, execution, and delivery of product features
- Participate in customer discovery efforts, including interviews, research, and feedback analysis to understand user needs and pain points
- Track and analyze product adoption, usage, and performance metrics to inform product decisions and improvements
- Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and QA testing cycles to ensure high-quality releases
- Document product decisions, workflows, and release notes for internal and customer-facing stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success to gather insights and ensure alignment
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions by bringing forward insights, data, and customer feedback
- Learn and apply product development frameworks, best practices, and PatientNow product standards
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer empathy
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, UX, or a related technical field (internships welcome)
- Familiarity with or strong interest in agile product development and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate ideas into clear documentation
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with data to generate insights and inform decisions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn from senior product leaders and grow within a product management career path
- Passion for technology and improving user experiences, particularly in SaaS or B2B environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or product analytics platforms preferred
- Exposure to healthcare technology, EMR systems, or practice management workflows is a plus
