Role Overview
- Communicate with our clients and analyze their preparation of work packages and precise creative briefs for our designers
- Coordinate daily design work and ensure deadlines are met
- Iterate on design projects and ensure quality standards
- Continuously optimize our processes and workflows
- Occasionally execute design projects yourself
Requirements
- Experience managing design projects (e.g., as a Creative Project Manager, Campaign Manager, or Lead Designer)
- Structured working style and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Highly proactive attitude, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Fluent German and English
