Role Overview
This role responsible for the concept development, art direction, and execution of creative across print, digital, social, and video channels.
Demonstrate strong art direction and conceptual thinking across multiple channels
Apply brand guidelines and campaign look-and-feel consistently across work
Partner effectively with copywriters and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, high-quality creative
Own assigned deliverables and consistently meet deadlines with appropriate guidance
Proactively seek solutions, ask questions, and engage the right people to move work forward
Approach every project from a member perspective putting them first in everything we do
Requirements
Degree in a related field
0-3+ years of professional art director experience in an in-house or agency environment
Strong written and verbal communicator; active listener and thoughtful contributor
Curious, open-minded, and committed to continuous learning and development
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and design ability
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
