Be part of the group defining the technical architecture roadmap for the next years.
Collaborate with team leads and senior staff members to ensure the correct implementation of the architecture.
Provide influential technical leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering best software development practices.
Act as a mentor to developers, helping them improve their technical skills.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Research and evaluate new technologies and industry trends to keep Yuki at the forefront.
Identify and propose improvements to existing architecture and development processes.
Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Ensure that software solutions meet quality, security, and performance standards.
Implement strategies to monitor and improve platform performance.
Participate in code reviews and design reviews.
As a senior member of our technical staff, continuously research how AI can help us grow maturity and effectiveness of our engineering efforts.

Proven experience as a Software Architect in agile development environments.
Deep knowledge of .NET/C# and SQLServer technologies deployed in public cloud, and a keen interest in modern web frameworks (we use Vue).
Experience in evolving and maintaining microservices or modular application architectures.
Familiar with Event Sourcing, event-driven architectures, large-scale business applications.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Experience working with development teams as an influential leader.
Full fluency in English is a must.
