As part of the Solutions Engineering team, you will be at the crossroads of the sales, product, and operations teams, working to perfect one of our key assets: our demonstration environments.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our sales teams have the best tools to convince our prospects to embark with us on a journey towards decarbonisation.
Improving demo accounts: analyze, test, and optimize accounts to best reflect the varied needs of our customers. You will need to be able to create or adapt realistic databases based on actual customer cases and integrate them into our demo environments to demonstrate the value of our tool. This will involve working with large databases and various visualization tools.
Feeding feedback for our product roadmap: collaborating with the Product and Tech teams to clarify customer/prospect needs and consolidate a successful roadmap.
Monitoring and innovation: proposing innovative ideas to anticipate future needs and strengthen our demonstration capabilities.
