About this role
Role Overview
Identify high-potential companies, engage decision-makers, uncover their needs, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.
Master outreach across all channels: cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, and events.
Deliver compelling pitches and tailor your messaging to each prospect's needs.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established frameworks.
Maintain an accurate CRM and take ownership of your KPIs.
Collaborate closely with your Team Lead and Account Executives on pipeline strategy.
Contribute to internal initiatives to improve scripts, processes, and tools.
Requirements
Proven full-time SDR experience with outbound calling and a solid understanding of prospecting and qualification fundamentals.
Strong interest in ESG and the climate transition, with a desire to learn quickly about our sector.
A hunter mindset — you enjoy picking up the phone and speaking with prospects.
Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, active listening, and the ability to clearly rephrase needs.
Structured, organized, and rigorous in managing your time and pipeline.
A true team player, motivated by collective success over individual wins.
Quick learner who welcomes feedback and enjoys being challenged.
Full professional fluency in French and operational proficiency in English.
Familiarity with lead qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.).
Experience in SaaS, climate, or other tech environments.
Involvement in associations, sports teams, or entrepreneurial projects.
