About this role
Role Overview
Translate client demand signals and pipeline forecasts into global analytics capacity plans across multiple geographies.
Partner with delivery leaders to determine capability mix required for upcoming client programs (GenAI, Data Science, BI, ML, Analytics Engineering, etc.).
Maintain visibility into active delivery teams, upcoming demand, and bench capacity to ensure optimal staffing readiness.
Design and operationalize structured onboarding programs for analytics professionals joining managed services engagements.
Establish skill development pathways and learning frameworks aligned with evolving client needs and technology stacks.
Collaborate with internal SMEs to define technical competency standards and upskilling initiatives across analytics domains.
Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal account teams to capture upcoming role requirements and staffing priorities.
Lead the planning and deployment of analytics professionals into managed services programs globally.
Ensure rapid fulfillment of client requirements while maintaining alignment with capability development goals.
Develop and manage a strategic bench model to maintain delivery readiness for emerging client opportunities.
Identify opportunities to deploy bench talent into internal accelerators, capability development programs, or pilot initiatives.
Continuously track bench utilization and proactively align talent with upcoming engagements.
Work closely with business development and account teams to ensure talent availability supports revenue growth targets.
Provide insights into capacity readiness for new pursuits and expansion opportunities.
Support proposal and pre-sales activities by aligning talent strategy with upcoming engagements.
Coordinate across delivery leaders, capability heads, and account teams to ensure consistent staffing and capability standards across regions.
Establish scalable processes for global talent onboarding, deployment, and capability development within analytics managed services programs.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in analytics, data, consulting, or technology delivery environments.
Proven experience managing global teams or distributed delivery models.
Strong understanding of analytics and data domain including AI, Data Science, BI, and ML.
Experience working in managed services or consulting delivery environments.
Demonstrated ability to align workforce strategy with client delivery and revenue objectives.
Strong stakeholder management across delivery leadership, clients, and internal capability teams.
