Manage an existing customer portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Support customers in adopting our features to maximize their operational performance
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow MRR, in collaboration with Account Managers
Spot growth signals within your accounts and support their expansion with Ringover
Act as the primary point of contact for your clients and handle dissatisfaction situations
Monitor satisfaction metrics and implement action plans to improve them
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Support, Product, etc.) to meet customer needs
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience and internal processes
Turn your customers into Ringover advocates
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools
Participate in developing new customer engagement and enablement methods
Contribute to ongoing team training and the sharing of best practices
Take part in onboarding new hires
Act as an operational point of reference, supporting the Team Lead
Requirements
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B portfolio management)
You are bilingual in French and English, comfortable both verbally and in writing
You have a strong commercial mindset and a genuine focus on account growth
You can identify business opportunities and support high-growth customers
You are highly autonomous and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
You enjoy creating, structuring, and improving processes: starting from a blank slate does not faze you
You can manage multiple initiatives in parallel while maintaining a clear, organized vision
