Identify upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients and manage any dissatisfaction situations.
Monitor satisfaction metrics and implement action plans to improve them.
Coordinate internal teams (Sales, Support, Product…) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience and internal processes.
Turn your clients into advocates for Ringover.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic account management.
Fluent in French and English.
Comfortable managing demanding clients and complex decision-making cycles.
Strong business sense with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing long-term client relationships.
Able to navigate complex environments and coordinate multiple internal stakeholders.
