Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a similar role (Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B portfolio management)
Trilingual and comfortable both verbally and in writing in French, English and Spanish
Strong commercial mindset with a results-oriented approach
Highly autonomous and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
Able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel while maintaining a clear, organized overview
Capable of handling high volumes and very well organized
