Draft, negotiate and manage customer (B2B) contracts across all services
Ensure compliance of contractual documentation
Support teams on data protection matters (GDPR, CCPA)
Lead regulatory monitoring and analyze the impact of new regulations on products
Advise Marketing and Product on SaaS licensing and trademark portfolio management
Assist with pre-litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel
Create and deliver legal training for Sales and Customer Success teams

Master's degree (Master 2 or equivalent) in Business Law with a specialization in contract law and new technologies
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the Tech or Telecom sectors
Fluent English is essential; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus
Deep knowledge of IT contracts, SaaS and GDPR
Excellent drafting skills, strong sense of priorities and a solutions-oriented mindset
