About this role
Role Overview
Develop Lunii’s business with our major retail accounts.
Build and maintain strong partnership relationships with our clients and prospects.
Negotiate and manage annual commercial agreements.
Monitor and grow key accounts.
Track commercial performance indicators.
Analyze sales performance and propose action plans.
Provide regular reporting on commercial performance.
Identify new distribution and business development opportunities.
Be regularly present in the field: client visits and meetings with in-store teams.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in business development within a retail or distribution environment.
Previous experience managing key accounts (specialist chains, multi-specialists, national retail chains, supermarkets/large-format retailers, or e-commerce).
Comfortable with commercial negotiations and managing annual agreements.
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable with commercial data analysis.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Results-oriented with a strong focus on commercial performance and a solid understanding of sales KPIs.
Enjoys fieldwork and client relationship building; able to create long-term partnerships.
Analytical skills and a commercial mindset to identify new development opportunities.
Regular travel required.

Pilot of a 4-day workweek with Friday off.
Remote work: Two mandatory in-office days per week at our offices in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris.
