Define and deploy the annual Trade Marketing plan in coordination with Sales and Marketing teams, and monitor the performance of actions (ROI, recommendations).
Design and manage marketing activations tailored to distribution channels (POS materials, promotions, in-store activations, retail initiatives).
Work closely with Key Account Managers and distributors to implement action plans in France and across Europe.
Ensure brand visibility and quality at points of sale (materials, content, adherence to brand guidelines) and train partner sales teams.
Oversee the production of marketing assets (briefs, internal coordination and vendor/agency management, tracking deliverables).
Organize Lunii’s presence at trade shows and B2B events.
Contribute to market and field monitoring (competitors, retail outlets, trends).
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Trade Marketing or Product Marketing in a retail or mass-market retail environment.
Proven experience collaborating closely with sales teams or distributors.
Ability to design marketing operations focused on commercial performance and product visibility.
Strong proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and market data analysis.
Fluent English, spoken and written.
Organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize, manage multiple projects in parallel, and find solutions quickly.
Occasional travel required.
