Director of Customer Sales – Marketing

Role Overview

• Oversee customer sales and marketing success for current customers.
• Identify and prioritize target accounts and building customer relationships.
• Train customers to sell SafelyYou solutions.
• Create and execute customer marketing campaigns.
• Measure impact on customer and expansion business objectives.
• Collect customer success stories.
• Collaborate with Customer Account Managers.
• Manage customization, printing, and distribution of marketing materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in the long-term care space in sales or marketing
• Understanding of the senior living community sales and marketing landscape and their tools and resources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write project briefs and proposed content for marketing promotions and campaigns
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, ideally including Salesforce Account Engagement
• Experience with digital media platforms and campaign development and execution
• Proven success in developing marketing materials
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Experience with marketing sales enablement tools
• Ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of creative minds and stakeholders
• Self-starter that can make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrates clear, direct communication style, with ability to present to executives
• Approachable, friendly relationship builder
• Successful track record for taking the initiative and problem-solving
