Lead the planning and execution of the company’s marketing strategy, ensuring qualified demand generation, brand strengthening, and a direct impact on business results.
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with commercial objectives.
Lead, develop and engage the marketing team.
Define, monitor and optimize strategic KPIs and metrics.
Manage and execute complex marketing projects (branding, performance, events and demand generation).
Oversee budget management and relationships with vendors and partners.
Create and run promotional campaigns with industry insights, product/service updates and partner solution benefits.
Organize and operate webinars.
Produce customer case studies (videos or articles) in person or remotely.
Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making.
Present results and strategic reports to the executive board.
Serve as the primary interface between the marketing area and other leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related fields.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in B2B marketing (planning and execution).
Experience leading a team.
Strong understanding of demand generation and conversion.
Understanding of SEO pillars (search engines, social media and Artificial Intelligence).
Proficiency in digital strategies, branding and performance marketing.
Experience with marketing automation and data analytics tools.
Strong business acumen and command of indicators/KPIs.
