No cold calling — you speak with people who have already expressed interest in insuring their pet and professionally guide them to a purchase.
Confident with HubSpot — you’ll become a pro in our CRM and sales tool and use it to efficiently manage customer data, inquiries, and deals.
Maintain customer relationships — friendliness and reliability come first. You’ll support prospects and customers respectfully and ensure they feel well taken care of.
Requirements
Affinity for animals — you love animals, may have pets yourself, or have experience with them through family, volunteering, or studies (e.g., veterinary medicine).
Digitally open — new tools and processes don’t intimidate you; you enjoy working with them.
Strong communication skills — you listen well, express yourself clearly, and interact with people in a friendly, empathetic manner.
Reliability & flexibility — available to start immediately, you can work 20 hours per week, primarily afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Team spirit — you’ll fit in if you want to be part of an animal-loving, digital team where collaboration and respectful interaction are highly valued.
Long-term commitment — you are expected to be enrolled in your studies for at least another 1.5 years.
