Personnel administration: processing workflow requests, entering documents into the ADP payroll system, drafting contracts and amendments, maintaining employee files
Administrative follow-up of offboarding procedures
Monitoring and updating HR reporting spreadsheets
Responding to employee inquiries about HR administration
Tracking and managing employee absences
Entering data into the time management tool
Supporting the HR intern during the recruitment campaign
Taking briefs from operational managers for recruitment
Updating associated tracking sheets
Implementing the training plan and managing training files
Creating HR communication content
Participating in the organization of employee events

Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources or business school with an HR specialization
First experience (including internships/alternance) within a generalist HR department
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of HR operational rules / labor law
Strong knowledge of employee administrative management
Responsive with good ability to prioritize tasks
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to analyze and synthesize information
Rigour and organization, sense of confidentiality
Good verbal and written communication; problem-solving orientation and client-service mindset
