About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for managing new business and existing relationships to Huntington.
Develops and maintains profitable Banking relationships within the mortgage ecosystem.
Meets with business owners to build strong relationships, understand their business needs, recommends business solutions from across the bank and negotiates pricing and fees.
Works well within a team environment and collaborates closely with internal partners to deliver customer solutions.
Boards all new relationships, working effectively with internal teams which include compliance, operations and treasury.
Monitors daily overdrafts, no activity, daily balances, rate pricing accuracy, ongoing fee pricing, account analysis accuracy, wire activity and potential errors that may arise.
Attends monthly client calls with customer and daily/weekly/monthly internal calls as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in an administrative role within Commercial Banking and Mortgage processes.
3 or more years’ experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
2 or more years’ proficiency with Maximum Mortgage Calculator (MAX).
2 or more years’ experience using TM Mortgage protection plans, forms and completion, Account Analysis Reviews, Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, and Overdraft procedures (OD)
