Entry-Level Sales Representative

Role Overview

• Ensure smooth onboarding of client benefits
• Clear explanation of permanent benefits to clients
• Accurate documentation of client benefits
• Follow up on client inquiries
• Maintain accurate client records according to company policy
• Be the client’s first point of contact via phone and Zoom
• Maintain and build strong, professional relationships with clients and team members
• Work in collaboration with fellow team members to provide excellent service to clients

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Strong English communication skills
• No prior sales experience required; we provide in depth training
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 1+ year of sales experience (preferred)
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with strangers
• Self-disciplined, goal-oriented and motivated individuals
• A life and health insurance license is a plus but not required
