Creative Strategist – Full-time

Role Overview

• Analyze social ads campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
• Manage advertising budgets in Meta Business Manager
• Analyze and leverage optimization and scaling opportunities
• Implement campaign strategies in close coordination with the creative team
• Organize content planning for projects
• Responsible for the successful execution of campaign concepts

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or a related field, or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience in social advertising, including media buying and managing ad budgets
• Good knowledge of Meta Business Manager
• Ability to analyze and interpret campaign results
• Strong organizational skills with a structured work approach
• Independent and self-driven work style
• Good German and English skills
