As a People Services Specialist, provide accurate generalist guidance and support to Employees & Managers pertaining to HR Policies and processes.
Responsible for the delivery of administrative and transactional support across the Employee Lifecycle.
Manage task completion in Workday, resolve queries effectively, and promote compliance and self-service through Workday and supporting tools.
Work closely with colleagues across People Services, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and People & Culture teams to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.
Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and service delivery.
Requirements
CIPD (or equivalent) qualification.
Previous, demonstrable experience providing HR administration and transactional support.
Knowledge of basic employment law and HR/Payroll practices.
Demonstrable experience with Workday and ServiceNow.
The ability to meet deadlines and prioritise a busy and varied workload.
Responsive, with a customer service-minded approach.
Proactively identify customer needs and take responsibility to resolve customer complaints.
Good IT competence (Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
Resilience and tenacity to see things through to conclusion.
Initiative and drive to continuously identify 'better ways' of working to improve efficiency.
Experience of working in a HR Service that supports a global organization.
Demonstrable experience of working in a HR Shared Services team.
