Marketing and Incentive Analyst – Product Owner

Role Overview

• Develop a value proposition and long-term sustainment plan for the product, including tactical incentive challenges targeted at the intended audience
• Analyze the performance of current incentives and propose action plans for improvements
• Negotiate new campaign cycles with partners to achieve shared targets
• Coordinate workflow with internal teams (stakeholders) to align on timelines, refinements, implementation, and feedback
• Validate campaign calculations and the release of points to program users
• Handle customer support center tickets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Knowledge of loyalty/retention program projects
• Familiarity with incentive platforms and loyalty programs
• Experience in retail (desirable)
