Assists in planning, monitoring, and supporting the delivery of the Comprehensive School Counseling Program’s components to meet student academic, career, and social-emotional needs;
Coordinates and delivers ongoing training for counselors, ensuring alignment with best practices, state standards, and departmental goals;
Collects, analyzes and reports counseling program data to guide interventions, measure outcomes, and support decision-making;
Oversees accurate transcription of educational records including grades, credits and transfers in compliance with district policy, state regulations, and FERPA;
Acts as liaison between counseling staff, administration, families and community partners to promote student success;
Assists with scheduling, workload distribution, budgeting and resource allocation for counseling activities;
Maintains current knowledge of American School Counselors Association Ethical Standards and model professional conduct at all times
Requirements
Master’s degree AND Five (5) years of educational experience AND Previous supervisory experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.
Ability to travel 25% of the time
Ability to clear required background check
