As a DevOps Engineer, you will take technical ownership of our infrastructure and DevOps practices.
You are familiar with modern cloud technologies and deployment strategies.
As part of our team, you automate processes, optimize workflows and ensure reliable, scalable systems.
You work both on projects and products as well as on cross-project infrastructure and DevOps strategy, ensuring that best practices are implemented across JUST ADD AI.
You are responsible for and continue to develop our Infrastructure as Code.
You design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable, automated deployments.
You orchestrate containerized applications and work with cloud platforms.
You identify technical debt and risks early and address them proactively.
You mentor team members, conduct code reviews and promote knowledge sharing.
You introduce best practices to the team and help others implement them.
You flexibly jump into full-stack development when capacity allows.
You develop, test and document while making intensive use of LLM-based coding assistants.
You are involved in development from conception through to commissioning.
Requirements
You hold a degree in Computer Science or have an equivalent background.
You have several years of experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks such as Terraform or Ansible.
You possess strong knowledge of Kubernetes, both conceptually and in practical application.
You have excellent programming skills, follow best practices, and have successfully delivered software projects to production using TypeScript or Python.
You have hands-on experience deploying applications with CI/CD tools such as ArgoCD.
You are familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
Networking knowledge, especially in conjunction with cloud providers, is an advantage.
You enjoy mentoring others and sharing your expertise.
You think beyond the obvious and actively look for improvements.
You enjoy working in a team and can communicate effectively with people from different professional backgrounds (technical and non-technical).
You have very good German language skills.
You have a strong sense of responsibility and identify risks early.
