Act in a consultative and strategic capacity, supporting senior management and business units by providing clear legal analyses of rights, obligations, risks, and impacts for the company.
Manage litigation matters by reviewing briefs, issuing/analyzing legal opinions, and defining legal strategies.
Support and monitor department-related indicators (KPIs).
Draft and review contracts, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.

Law degree with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
Postgraduate qualification in related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
English language skills sufficient for corporate communication and document review are a plus.
Consultative, analytical, and strategic profile with business acumen.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal matters clearly and objectively.
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and set priorities.
