Role Overview
- Supports core corporate accounting functions including journal entries, corporate allocations, and account reconciliations
- Executes month end close processes
- Ensures all cash transactions are recorded
- Administers corporate credit cards
- Prepares and issues monthly management fee billings
- Analyzes monthly financial results
- Collaborates with stakeholders to align financial insights with organizational goals
- Records and reconcile payroll activity
- Supports junior accounting staff
Requirements
- Associates degree in Accounting or higher
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience with accounting software required; Yardi experience preferred
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
