Own key elements of the monthly close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and investigating variances
Manage accounting for refunds, chargebacks and related provisions to ensure completeness and accuracy
Lead intercompany reconciliations, ensuring alignment and timely resolution across the Group
Support the integration of newly acquired entities, aligning accounting policies, controls and reporting processes
Collaborate with FP&A and operational teams to enhance reporting quality and provide meaningful financial insights
Requirements
Fully qualified accountant with relevant industry experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong technical accounting knowledge combined with commercial awareness
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data, systems and large datasets
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels
