At least 5 years of experience as an IT administrator
IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration) or equivalent
German language skills: at least C2
IT qualification (preferably Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or equivalent qualification
Several years' experience as an administrator, ideally with additional support experience
Skills in Windows Server, Active Directory; ideally Citrix/VMware/WSUS and/or storage
Proficient in networking and security basics, software deployment and VoIP
Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and ticketing systems is a plus
Hands-on, pragmatic and solution-oriented
Open communicator, honest & direct; a true team player
Calm and easy-going under pressure; a sense of humor welcome
Motivated to learn new things and proactively drive projects forward
