Role Overview
Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Manage key customer relationships and support major deal negotiations
Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership
Optimize sales processes, tools, and operational efficiency
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
10+ years of experience in sales leadership or management roles
Proven leadership with a track record of achieving company objectives
Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, rapidly evolving market
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with broad business impact
Effective at prioritization, delegation, and resource allocation across multiple projects
High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail
Strong customer focus and alignment with company values
