Own the innovation strategy for the Portugal COE, aligning local initiatives with global business objectives.
Define and track success metrics, including ROI on automation, billable hours saved, and AI adoption rates across the team.
Identify gaps in the COE’s toolkit and advocate for the budget or tools needed to keep us at the cutting edge.
Act as the face of innovation in Portugal, running high-energy workshops and "Vision Sessions" that inspire staff to rethink their daily workflows.
Support a high performing team, coaching them on how to identify automation opportunities and move from "problem" to "prototype."
Scale the local innovation community, turning passive users into "Innovation Champions" within their respective departments.
You will personally architect and build "First-of-a-Kind" (FOAK) automations or AI prompts to prove viability.
Work alongside the COE teams to solve complex technical bottlenecks that Junior/Mid-level operators cannot crack.
Act as the technical translator between the Innovation team and the wider business, ensuring our solutions are both powerful and user-friendly.
Move beyond "random acts of digital." You will design the frameworks that take a raw idea from a workshop and turn it into a deployed, documented, and billable case study.
Own the narrative of the COE’s innovation success. You will oversee the creation of "client-ready" case studies that showcase our innovation as a competitive advantage.
