Ensuring that compensation programs attract, retain, and reward high‑performing clinical talent while maintaining equity, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and alignment with organizational goals and clinical workforce strategy.
Close partnership with clinical leadership from the contracting to compensation processes for all clinicians.
Requirements

Strong understanding of compensation principles, labor market dynamics, and healthcare regulatory frameworks.
Strong mathematical and analytical facility; ability to synthesize, manipulate, and interpret data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to distill and display information in a clear and concise manner and to communicate across multiple audiences.
Solid technical and analytical ability using spreadsheets, databases, and other systems/software; comfortable learning and building proficiency in new tools and software systems.
Experience building and delivering training presentations.
Ability to lead complex projects in a highly matrixed organization.

Strong interpersonal skills to build and strengthen professional relationships across the organization.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in compensation, with at least 3+ years supporting clinical or healthcare roles.
Deep knowledge of healthcare compensation models, clinical labor markets, and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation modeling and large‑scale data analysis.
Proven ability to collaborate with clinical leaders and understand clinical workflow considerations, consistent with expectations for roles in clinical leadership.
