Working collaboratively with the Chief Growth Leader as primary liaison between Luminare Health and HCSC
Managing and strengthening partnerships and overall P&L responsibilities
Supporting overall client experience and satisfaction with the Luminare Health platform
Ensuring operational excellence and supporting client escalations
Interacting with brokers/consultants as needed and participating in new business presentations
Acting as the primary point of contact for HCSC, fostering trust and transparency
Demonstrating sensitivity to urgency and maintaining proactive communication
Developing and maintaining a strong rapport with HCSC
Negotiating enterprise-level contracts to ensure alignment with Luminare Health’s revenue strategy
Drafting business cases that support more efficient and effective interactions across the model
Developing and maintaining deep proficiency in existing and new product/service offerings
Driving problem-solving and ensuring timely issue resolution
Managing back-office processes to ensure seamless execution and identifying operational challenges
Requirements
7-10 years of self-funded or insurance industry experience
3+ years Client Management, product development or related experience
Bachelor degree
Project Management: prioritizes process, establishes and meet deadlines, leads diverse group of individuals to meet time critical deadlines and complete tasks
Communication Skills: demonstrates effectiveness in both written and verbal communication skills, and effectively persuade, shares information in concise manner.
Health care payer / TPA industry background a plus
