3 to 5 Years of relevant experience and a Bachelor/Master's Degree
At least 3+ years of relevant experience in BA roles focused on ERP or CRM systems implementation and support
Experience in Agile software development
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and others
Good knowledge of SDLC, business processes and data analysis
Familiar with Opportunity Management, Account Management, Lead Management etc. in CRM Systems
Salesforce.com expertise to establish processes supporting Sales and Channels Business Groups operations effectively and efficiently
