About this role
Role Overview
- Gathering and analyzing Compliance business requirements
- Writing business requirement documents and functional specifications
- Work related to regulatory lists (sanctions, asset freezes, PEPs, watchlists, etc.) using the Fircosoft Continuity suite
- Contribution to testing phases (strategy, test cases, execution)
- Interaction with IT, business and compliance teams
- Participation in continuous improvement of Compliance processes and tools
Requirements
- Proven experience: minimum 2–3 years as a Compliance Business Analyst
- Good knowledge of Compliance issues / AML-CFT (anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism)
- Strong knowledge of the Fircosoft Continuity software
- Familiarity with regulatory lists (OFAC, EU, UN, PEPs, sanctions…)
- Strong functional writing skills and ease interacting with diverse stakeholders
- Autonomy, rigor and good interpersonal skills
